I purchased on ebay because I was interested in converting a Swiss Vetterli .41 rifle from rimfire to center fire. This kit and instructions are to prepare center fire ammunition for the converted rifle.
The notes are not mine, but I believe they are for likely conversion of 348 brass and for sizing the lead bullets.
