Swarovski 8x30/Leica brf 1300

I am hoping that someone out there has experience with both. The Swaro is half the cost of the Leica, however I don't know what others should be between these two .

I am ready to purchase but as in the case of eveyone I don't want to learn by trial an ERROR if possible . Would rather learn by someone elses' experience.

Let me hear from you if you have experience with either or both, Thanks Jim

I just ordered the Swarovski Laser Guide from Shooters of Jacksonville, FL.
Tommy,904)737-4495 was great! I got it for $750 + shipping, which is $100 cheaper than ANYONE on the net or otherwise. Tommy said they have alot of them and that they offer them cheaper since they sell in quantity.
I will let everyone know how it performs when it gets here.

I know that's alot of dough, but, I am quite sure that I won't be disapointed in its performance!

I'll keep you all posted...

Jim -- with the leica, you get 1300$ binos and a 500$ RF as one unit

With the laserguide you get an 800$ rangefinder.

THe swaro will out range it, but then you must carry binos too -- cant really compare the two IMO...

Had the Swaro's out yesterday for a test drive.
These are fantastic! We were able to range out to 1856 on a shed. We hit a group of trees at 1332! AND there was sun and haze in the mix!

That thing is DEFINATELY worth the price if you do ANY long range shooting/hunting!!!!!!

If you hunt with a $3000.00 rifle, why scrimp on optics???
