Surgical tubing, clamp & hook?

Anybody have info on a source to purchase surgical tubing, clamp and a trigger guard hook for use on a one piece 22 rimfire benchrest rifle rest. Made my own rest so now I need the above for it.

Archery shop will have tubing also.
Edit, cut barb and point of a 2-0 fish hook, gives you an eyelet for attaching tubing.

Most pharmacies and even some hardware stores carry surgical tubing. Hooks, steal some from bungee cords.

If you would like I can trim a 3/0 gamikatsu attach a leader to eyelet. Slide on a piece of hollow core lead to slide surgical tubing onto then you just need to tye off on rest.

It's to help set rifle back in battery.
Hole is drilled into trigger guard for the hook, surgical tubing or spring helps reset rifle after shot. Its attached to the rest.

I'm just going to use a nylon zip tie to make the front loop that goes around the front course elevation post and an attachment screw through my trigger guard.

I imagine a 22mm recoils quite a bit. Lol
@USMCDOC showed me this last winter after I painted the stock for his Suhl250.
He was using a lil bit of chain and a spring attached to the hook.
