SureFeed Cartridge Feeder

Tim Sellars. He posts some over at BR Central unter the name Tim in Texas. I lost his number. :'(

I have three of the Sure feeds...they are awsome, and Tim will custom make them to your specs. He is a pleasure to do buisness with!!!

Hi 500,,,a sur-feed ctg feeder is a handy lil' block of plastic (Delrin-ABS-??) that has a machined slot which holds your loaded rounds in a convenient postion for you to grasp one at a time as you feed them into your action rapidly!!!!! ...it is a shooting aid that is used by many shooters to faciltate the rapid dumping of 5 or 10 round bursts during the string of fire in a shooting event....Roger
PS,,,some use it as a stand alone item positioned near the loading port of their rifle.....some attatch it to a adjustable/flexable arm to keep it in a handy proximity to the action......they cost aprox 75$ and are to some a gadgit and to others a necessity.....

Niecly said...right up to the point where you said $75.00. More like $115.00 plus S&H...and worth every penny!!!!!

I believe that's Jason Baney's setup. He let me use the Surefeed at a match last year. They seriously increase your speed (for me anyway).

You have to use it right though... yank that bottom case out quick... if you pull it out slowly, the next case in line will pull out as well, which will get you all flustered in the middle of your record string!

That is what they look like , but I'm thinkin that was just sitting there during setup. 99% of the shooters place it right next to your loading port. Tim will make them to the height you need. It is helpfull to know this before you call...just set up your gun / rests on the bench....just like you would at a match, and measure the height from the bench to your port.

Like I said...worth every penny!!

Shootin Stick..

I can certainly bring one....they obvioulsy arent ment for f class, but you can sure take a look...let me know the next time you are going to be in GF.

I didn't shoot last Sunday, Just didn't get things ready in time to go out to the range. I did manage to get my rifle on paper at 200 yards on my home range on Sunday, so maybe will make the next F-class match. I have a new 6BR tube gun I want to try for F-class, as well as the prone mid-range matches. Shot silhouette league on Monday night and first night of high-power league this evening.

I got a better idea of this cartridge feeder now from looking at the pic. Has a hard time envisioning how this thing was $115 different from just a cartridge block.
