I am needing some rubber for a none shooting project and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what rubber is used on the super feet. I think it will work best what I am doing.
Thanks
Matt

Back in the day, before Dave came out with Superfeet, I told him that I had made a 1' bag spacer, that I liked very much, out of 90 durometer neoprene. I Think that he used something similar for his spacers and Superfeet. When he first made the Superfeet, the rubber was thicker, and a bounce problem showed up. He changed to thinner material. I believe that he used Shoe Goo as an adhesive for the rubber and JB Weld for the washers.

Thanks for the information folks.
I will check out those avenues

Matt

I have used neoprene and rubber washers. Got 2" washers and 1" washers with 1/8 inch center holes. Then the rubber 2" washers. JB weld the metal washers together and then superglue the rubber to the metal. I give these away at my local range and in a year none have failed us yet. Total cost per set of 3 is about 2.00 or so?
