Hello, I find this farm from South Africa, the price are inviting and the few reviews on the net indicate a high level of product quality.

Can anyone tell me some info about?

I likes know info about the quality of ours expander die and mandrells.
The price on the site and the shipping costs to Italy are very convenient compared to the competitors expanders....

But I send a pair of email and no reply from Sudami...

When did you send the email? We had a lot of public Holidays over the last 2 weeks
I have been happy with all the products I bought from them

It's definitely not a point in their favor....

I contacted many US companies and some responded to me even on weekends and holidays.

I contacted a large company that produces reloading equipment to find out where to find a screw for the die locking ring, they sent 4 of them to my home without even wanting a € in return... I live in Italy!
 
I had the expander body and two mandrels.

I accidentally broke my .264 mandrel - 2 things I learned from that:

1.The steel used for the mandrel looks like powdered steel - it was brittle/porous. Have no idea if this is a "real" issue or not - the force/circumstances under which it broke was in no way close to intended use type forces, so I'm NOT saying it's bad quality (but it's not idiot proof).
2. They don't have a "Well, it WAS your fault, and you ARE stupid, but anyway, here is a replacement for you on the house" policy like RCBS. So if you think you could also do something stupid like me, then you might want to stick with someone else?

I ended up buying a set of mandrels from APW via Multech.

HI, well no, I have no intention of using a mandrell beyond its specs.
I'm waiting for their quotation, we'll see if I should buy from them or change parish...

Contacted by Mr. De Beer for materiale list and address no more reply....
This approach are ridicoulous!
