Stupid Question - Lyman T-Mag - Finding top of stroke

I have an old Lyman T-Mag progressive press that was given to me. Upon setting it up, the ram does something I'm not used to. Upon raising the ram, the ram will articulate and drop back down a bit at the top of the stroke. This make it tough to find the exact top of the stroke for things such as setting up sizing dies. Some may call this cam over, I don't know. Anyway, how does one find top dead center? The new All American press does not do this.

Redding Boss presses do the same (if the roll pin stop is removed)-i.e -go past TDC. Check for a thru hole if the pin is missing. Yes, makes it a bit more difficult, but you get a double shot at sizing brass with one complete stroke. I would just visually find the high stroke and fine tune from there by measuring and bolt drop with firing pin spring removed.

I mounted my original AA turret so the handle hits the edge of the table top at top dead center. I don't believe in cam over adding anything to the process but many would disagree with that. Different strokes for different folks.
