Stupid Question: Beta Master Chrony

I have a Beta Master Chrony. I haven't used it in years. I unpacked it all from their soft case that I purchased as an addition. I was not paying attention as I took it all out, then I put it back in and it all sermed to pack differently. Is the LCD Monitor/Remote Control supposed to store inside the folding Chrony unit?

Yes, it packs away in the chrony tight fit with all the cord.
I kept mine after getting Magnetospeed, Magnetospeed does not work well with arrows.

Thanks. I think that I second guessed that because the size of the remote is just slightly larger than the interior space of the chrony main unit, not allowing it to close exactly properly. My memory of that issue started to come back to me from some years ago when I packed it away last.
