Removed this big male last night. I was changing stands when I saw him about 80yds downwind from me trotting into my last calling a minute earlier and thought Im busted. I sat down quickly enough to watch him in the tall grass seeing just his back until he came into some lower grasses looking like its limping, stopped and Thhwaaap, down he goes. I go to pick it up and I cant find the other foot, turn the light on it and see he is missing his right front foot, chewed it off out of a leghold trap, healed good like it was just a short leg.
