strange thing happened today

I was out helping a mate testing his loads,I took along my 243 AI to fire off the leats of a batch of ammo as I was due to change the brass.
I shot 7 shots into .5 leaving me 3 rounds just incase any vermin poped up which would mean I had a few bullets left to take a shot
I then decided to check my new loaded un fireformed loads,to my amazments they shot exactly the same POI as my full house AI loads
the rifle in question is a 243 AI,full load is 51 gr Vit 160 using a 74gr bullet fireforming load 48gr Vit 160 uisng the same bullet
I would have thought 3 gr of powder would have made a hell of a difference

100 yards?

Reason I ask is that I recently did a 222 ladder test over 1.4g of powder at 100yds....ended up with one ragged hole at 100yds.

Seems like small variations can't really be detected that well under 200 yards.
