Way back in the dark ages, prior to the computer ages, I stored the reamer pilots thusly:
Loading blocks and plastic tubes. Started with the old Speed shot capsules for loading shot in revolver cartridges. Then went to the cut and trim plastic tubes with end caps. Works great, till to this day. Organized by bore size and pilot increments, most of my sets are in 0.0002" increments. Rest of the drawers contain reamers and barrel tooling. All safely stored in the big Kennedy Chest.
Over 100 reamers in the drawers, will have to take another count, I have added several more over the past 5 years.
I would try Aaron's method if I had a 3d printer, but do not have one.
