Stock fore end lenght

Does lenght of fore end change the way a rifle reacts ? If so which is the way to go long or short for end for f class shooting
 
yes I have been long then very long now my stocks are on the short side. Maximum from bolt slot to the front is 500mm. 490 mm is common to me. 7.08AI, 7. 06AI, 30 06AI and 308. As the stocks got shorter I also decreased the stock weight by using lighter wood and used heavier barrels with heavier tuners to 10% of barrel weight. The length of pull is also very important. For me shooting F C it is about 25mm/1" longer for best fit to use.
