I picked up a f class stock for my panda, it’s configuration is right bolt right port. My current action is right port left bolt.

could anyone offer some assistance on how I would modify this stock to accommodate

I do mine with a rat tail file also. Stop short and sand smooth to where you want it. On wood stocks i file from the outside towards the inletting so I don't get splintering on the outer surfaces.

You can use sticky sandpaper like for a DA sander and the correct size round object like a socket or dowel rod to get the round spots and a flat stick with the sandpaper on it to get the flat spots between.

Swapping right to left or left to right is simple with a paint job. Epoxy up the old bolt notch

This is a 1903 sporter with an A4 style bolt, needed to add a bolt slot as the stock didn't have one at all. Roughed in with a file, depth contoured with a dremel, finish sanded with a rubber block backer. The pic is before I refinished the bare wood.
