slightly off-tangent:
I knew the Dentist from my Schuetzen days. He and a friend used to make swaging dies (to fit the old Mighty-Mite press) to uniform case bullets from cast/sized. He told of an elderly gentleman who came in to have a tooth pulled. Doc cranked him down in the chair and used the water extraction method to painlessly extract it in about ten seconds. Standard charge of $25. Gentleman suggested that was a lot of $$$ for ten seconds work. The old way involved a novocain needle and a minute or two to yank it out. Doc told him he could go that route if it helped him feel like it gave him his $$$-worth.
I understand the gentleman declined...
