Sure like the pictures. Like that additional issue that you sure didn't have to use a custom "million dollar" rifle to have so much fun.
That's a 189$ H&R .223, BSA sweet 22 scope with masking tape on turrets marked 1 2 3 & 400 yards. I think the Harris bipod cost almost as much as the rifle, lol.
I love my little truck gun, and we have allot of fun together
If the feds hurry up with paperwork she will be sporting a sandman l soon.
I almost forgot the most important part pipe insulation and duct tape for a higher Combe

Love the pictures! I have a 22 Hornet that I like to just walk around with when shooting squirrels. It's sometimes
more relaxing to just get out and walk instead of shooting off the bench all the time. I once had a H&R and it was
my first 22 Hornet ...was a good shooter...I miss that rifle!

A pard has that same rifle, he friggin' loves it! Gotta say, there is something very cool about a simplistic & functional rifle...
Keep up the good work!!!

Groundhog looks like he was full. I have shot them with .300 WM and a 110 gr bullet. Very Impressive indeed. Still like my light recoiling rifles though. I guess that's a sign of old age also.

Great way to start the spring in Michigan. You got some competition with them coyotes. Hunt 30 minutes after sun up and 30 before sun down and you probably eliminate some if that competition.

Coyotes aren't so bad around us we have a lot of red fox this year I found for Dens already with Pups that are out playing.
I consider myself a lucky man with all the wildlife I've seen well out groundhog hunting. Does make me wish trapping season opened the little earlier and the fur would Prime up a little sooner

Nice shooting there, misfire. Looks like it was a good day (for you, not the chucks).

Ground squirrel shooting is in full swing here, but like you, I get calls from local ranchers who want a few rock chucks removed from their property each year. Of course I'm ready and willing for such chores. Yesterday was one of those days for me too.....took my rifle for a walk and shot a total of 8 rock chucks, longest shot was 310 yds. Most of the others were from 140 - 200 yards.

Four of the eight taken from three rock piles:

I shoot my falling block single shots (17AH, 22KH) a lot on this ranch, but yesterday it was my Cooper M38 in 20VT (well, it's a single shot too, right?)

When I left, chucks were still seen on all the den piles, so there'll be plenty of seed for next year. Do we all love springtime or what? :)

(Please don't take this an one-upmanship either....just like-minded guys sharing adventures.)

No worries I love to read your stories and look at your pictures you certainly got a variety of nice rifles and the shot you made on that Jack Rabbit with a handgun was awesome
