Stars and Stripes on a fiberglass stock

How/where can I get the Stars and Stripes painted onto a McMillan fiberglass/graphite stock. When I ordered this stock the colors specified were red, white, blue. However the desired Patriotic colors did not come out very well. Is there something that can be applied with decals and clearcoated or a color scheme that is similar to the Patriotic plastic hard hats available to construction workers. The Flag is beautiful, in those applications. The finial on the off side of the stock cheekpiece will be the Marine Corps emblem. Any ideas would be appreciated. I am building this rifle for myself. Its an M-40 lookalike with artistic license, H-S Precision barrel, Mc' stock and it will get tweeked as time and finances come together. The stock is bedded with aluminum pillars and titanium Devcon skimcoated, with marine-tex. Thanks in advance!

I figured the blue field and stars on the butt and the red and white stripes on the forend.

You might visit your local Harley Davidson motorcycle shop. They can direct you to a display stand with everything you need. They can also direct you to a good airbrush guy. That is so much better than trying to fit a flat decal to curving surfaces.
