Fire-formed and shooting 100 pcs. of Starline in my ODCR custom built 700 260AI. Comparing group sizes between this brass and Lapua with same loads I don't see any differences. Looks like it is gonna be durable as well.

Always good to have the back-up, just in case there is another dry spot in that supply line....
In for your durability report down the line...

I bought 7 bags of .223 rem Winchester red bag brass, and 80 percent had double punched flash holes, or they were way off center..from two different lots. Contacted Winchester and the return process wasn’t worth it with shipping.

Went looking for a cheap alternative and found starline. Only got 3 bags of .223 rem, and wish I bought more. Flash holes were CENTER. The OAL and weight was really consistent, and it shoots the same in all my ARs as any other brass I’ve found. Building a 20 practical soon and plan on using Starline .223 rem brass for it.

When I got into benchrest shooting about 6 years ago. My first gun was 6.5 Creedmoor..

Bought 300 pieces of small rifle primer brass. Still reloading it today.

It has been excellent on uniform and constancy metal.

I dont use any other brass but Starline.... when I can get it.

Yes, I have had some of the primer pocket get loose I hand primer each load) Those I discard. Maybe less than 5% over the years.

I highly recommend it to everyone.

No complaints with Starline. I use it to form 6.5/06AI and have had no issues.
It's good brass
