Standard Modern 1133 manual

Looking for one. I emailed Leblond and they have one but it's over $100 with shipping. I've emailed a couple ebay sellers but no luck. Any idea where else to look? A copy would be fine.

Another question: This machine has an NSN # and a contract #. Does that mean it is a mil spec machine?

With a NSN and contract number it was owned by GOVCO.

I have this one but I didn't know if it was the same. This machine was built in 1990.
