Stabilizing braces

Has the ATF exhausted its appeal process? Are braces legal again or are they in some limbo world waiting on the ATF to make more desperate attempts to stop this evil piece of plastic from killing again? Just asking for a friend.

I don't think its even technically into appeals.
We got a preliminary injunction, the full trial hasn't even been decided.
Its insane how long these things take.

I also heard the ATFs position is that braces make illegal SBRs right now, they(atf) are just blocked from enforcement.

As long as Clarence Thomas has a pulse, the rule will die in the SCOTUS. Time is on the democrats side. I hope Thomas is taking Balance of Nature.
