Being that it is a new powder, I am curious if it would be an excellent single powder source for loading both the 75gr and 155gr bthp match pills for my 16” AR15 and 18” AR10?

It would appear the StaBall Match is in the similar burn rate group as the Varget, BLC2, 748.

I just started using StaBall Match in both 5.56 and .308 Winchester. I'm getting good speeds and great accuracy with 77gr Sierras and its proven to be the best powder yet for my Tikka T3X that has struggled with Varget and RL 15.

I just got some and have only used it for 77smk in my ar15. Previously used aa2520. Accuracy is close enough to aa2520 that if the temp stability I hear about with staball match is true I will be switching over. Velocity is about 35fps faster than my current load and ES is much better with staball match.

How does Match compare to Staball 6.5? I am replacing Varget, RL15, 4350 and 4895 with the Staball 6.5. My 6.5x47L is <MOA with it. I don't care how fast they are going, just want them in the same hole.

Match is closer to varget and 6.5 is closer to the 4350’s

Faster, but with all the same properties. I've used it in 6.5 Grendel (bolt), .223 and .224 Valkryie. It's worked pretty good. Haven't had a winter yet to test temp stability.

Curious if you can get enough ina 308 case to with lighter bullets. Seems you need more grains than varget. Just loaded some to check velocity and was surprised by how full the case was.

Good point. Looks like it could be a compressed load at the max.
