Did not read the add close enough and ended up with an Encore SS 16.5 inch 338-06JDJ barrel. SS and made by ssk with built in muzzle brake. Can be used as pistol or rifle as barrel is over the 16" minimum for rifle
I was looking for standard 338-06
The JDJ has a 60 degree shoulder and is different. SKS has the dies and load data. Graf and Sons has brass.
Just trying to recover part of cost.
