SS Stiller Viper Mag Bolt

@birdog, all this has been quite a while ago but I don't
remember any problems moving Panda barrels to my
Viper SS action-----no negative memories so I'd
think they all shot reasonably well.

The head space is the same for both actions and if there
is enough bolt nose clearance all should work.

I don't own any Panda actions but have moved barrels
from Panda actions to the Viper SS with no problems.

Others here might have better information. My action
has a "C" series serial number and I don't have any
information on earlier versions of the action.
