Can I sub Small Rifle Magnum Primers for the same Load Using Small Rifle Primers??

Yes, you can sub them. But how much difference/increase there might be will depend on several factors, mainly the size of the cartridge, what powder and how much powder in the particular cartridge. For my .308 Lapua Palma brass using 44.0 grs of IMR-4064 I saw an increase in MV of .4% going from CCI SRP to SRMP's.

In many ways, since the advice to retest your load is all that matters.... I'll be curious to hear if the recipe ends up showing higher or lower based on the change.
Sometimes, the brisance of a primer and what that company calls it are completely unrelated, and the relationship between what two different companies call a primer isn't standardized either.
The important thing is to be careful to evaluate the primer change as an independent variable and to be careful with which ones you assign to semi-autos and to hot loads.

I only had a 10fps difference in my 6mmGT loads between regular and magnum primers loaded with 34.7 gns of Varget. This is not a max load for my rifle. Others may differ.
CCI450=2989fps average for 5 rounds
CCI400=2979fps average for 5 rounds
I did see my ES/SD numbers when using the CCI450s were almost 1/3 of what was produced by the CCI400s in a bigger sample size. CCI450 small rifle magnum primers are much more consistent in my application.
