Spotting Scope with MOA Reticle?

is there a spotting scope with a moa reticle under 500$

if there was, what could you do with a $500 spotting scope ?
quality costs
I think vortex made some moa, but I doubt they are 500

(opps the vortex moa eye pc is $350)

I have a Zeiss. A friend just bought a Viper. I was impressed. Best advice for spotting bullet holes....get rid of the zoom lens. I changed to a wide angle Astronomical lens and it's a good improvement.
