Spotting Scope - Tripod

Need some advice of purchasing a tripod for a spotting scope. Scope takes a standard 1/4" x 20 threaded stud.

This need to be a bench / tabletop compact tripod capable of fitting into a range bag to be used for precision pistol shooting. Optimum height adjustment desired from bench is 20 to 24".

Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks
