Spotting Scope stand for F-Class?????

I'm shopping for a f class stand also. Ray-Vin is supposed to be top of the line. I'm looking at the Creedmoor stands and the Polecat.

I just went through this process. There are a lot of good choices. In addition to the one's already mentioned, Giraud has a nice 1" rod stand. Holub Machine which actually has a 7/8" rod. I only looked at tripod stands. I have a fairly heavy spotter and wanted max stability. Perhaps not the "standard" but I ended up getting the Freeland's HD tripod after talking to the guys at Champion Shooter's Supply. Not fancy but a good stable and solid stand with some heft to it. The base is steel as are the rods. The legs are individually adjustable for both height and to level the stand for uneven ground. I got the extra rod so I can score with it while seated. Less than $200 to my door.

Are the Ray-Vin spotting scope stands the “standard” in the F-Class game?
Looking to get a new stand this spring, thanks for the help.

No, I had a ray vin, but it is not as stable as a regular 3-legged stand when using it full length (sitting and scoring for example). Check out the Creedmoor polecat or the Giraud stands: both very nice. I like the Creedmoor 1" stand combined with the Gary Eliseo scope head (gotxring.com).

I have a Giraud stand and it is very well made and does a great job but I bought a Ray-Vin outrigger to put the scope closer to my left eye when in position; it makes it a snap to view the spotter and rifle scope without having to move my head at all. The Ray-Vin stand is made similar to the Giraud and is an excellent piece.

I would look at the Eliseo head and a 1" stand from gearbuggy. The standard stand is1 1/8", but the 1" can be ordered.

Gearbuggy.com as mentioned above. If you are looking for the most sturdy and versatile all in one stand, look no further. Many options and customizations available for your exact needs.
