Just a heads up…. DO NOT sign up for their savings program!! These scam artists have been auto charge $60 a year for three fucking years despite repeated requests to stop and unsubscribe. I have placed blocks on them with my bank twice and they’ve figured out how to get around them. I’m sick of this. It should be illegal.

Those pieces of trash literally blundered my Black Friday sale on a Precision Singles stage press at Midsouth shooters supply ..

Lost it in the system and a week went by after the delivery date
I spent hours on the phone with their BS automated service over the holiday weekend trying to no avail to get the address straightened out and days later they still delivered it to the wrong house

I had to call Midsouth just to get the address they dropped it off at and send a pic of my front porch.
to even get a claim started and finally 2 weeks later Midsouth sent me another press with UPS.
The address was correct from the onset at Midsouth Shooters supply....They have been the victim as much as me, and are outstanding people .
The press was delivered to a druggie house down the road never to be seen again.

Do NOT ever use Fed Ex.....even worse than USPS if it was even possible,,,,

I never had a problem with Midway which I have used for about 25 years now. Also never had a problem with Blue Collar Reloading which I have used for about 2 to 3 years now. I just wonder when, a the trend seems to be, they will go sideways like the majority of vendors.

I try to buy hazmat components locally to avoid complications.

In general, everything has gotten more complicated and difficult to navigate. There is a massive marketing effort to separate you from your money. Trick offers, unsuspecting reoccurring charges that you did not knowingly sign up for, false product reviews, inability to resolve issues due to AI customer service.

I am so sick of it that if I was healthy, I would go off the grid, buy a cabin in North Central PA and check out of this screwed up world.

My wife and I were just talking about this, with all of this AI generated stuff now you have no way of knowing what’s real and what’s not. I see the end of the internet days coming for us.

Had the same thing happen to me once. I had to end up cancelling the credit card that it was paid with.

It’s a real company, I’ve bought a few things there. But absolutely terrible customer service, and it’s like trying to unsubscribe from the old AOL days. Last year I had an attorney send a letter, which they apparently ignored.
