Maybe used for a blow out barrel. Might even make a great match barrel.
I do not have an action for this barrel, so no need to hang on to it.
There is some lube showing on the threads.
It has been stored in a controlled environment.

I am pretty sure it is a Panda action. I checked with Kelbly and they also agreed it was a Panda action barrel. I have no Kelbly actions so it is of no use in my rifles.

It is a straight barrel. No taper. Let me check the twist. It is not on the barrel itself. Will also check the overall length.
