Speer Gold dot rifle bullets

Has anyone tried any of the:

6.5 caliber 120 or 140g
270 caliber, 90 or 115g
30 caliber, 150 or 165g?

They are priced very well!

I've shot some of the .277 90 grain out of my 6.8. Pulled bullets from RMR, but I couldn't see any damage to them. Groups were right around 1" but I haven't put much time into the load. Not that I can shoot much better than that anyway. No idea as to their performance on game yet.

I carried their pistol bullets and still do in carry or duty weapons... Always liked their performance.... If the rifle bullets are as good they should blow large holes in soft things...

Tried the 150BLK and it worked as advertised in 10% gel. This was app. 1650 fps, opened about 3.5" into the gel and continued to 22". Double caliber expansion.

Muzzle velocity was 2180 fps in a 12" barrel off a bench with bag

Probably no real world results until November, but I think it will work. Can't say about any of the others, but this one was pretty easy to work with.

Just looked at them on the Speer website, interesting. Not that I care all that much for a hunting rifle but the listed BC’s are unusually high.

I am shooting the 120 Gold Dot in a hand load in one of my 6.5 Grendel ARs and will be using it for deer hunting this season. It is the most accurate bullet I have tried in this rifle so far. Shoots 3/4" five shots at 100 yards. I am running it 2550 fps from a 20" barrel.
