I'm getting 2710 fps with a 35.5gr load of IMR8208XBR. Did not care for the 123's and switched to the 140's

At 2650 with the 140's ( 610ish bc ) you go subsonic at around 1425yds. You don't have to push the crap out of them. I was out the other day doing barrel break in with HBN coated 141's with 41g of 4350 av. just shy of 2700.

I get 3095 with 123 Lapua Scenars out of a 1-8 twist 28" Kreiger with RL 17. Same velocity as 2 of my 260 AI's with 23" and 24" maybe my chronograph is stuck.

I have not shot 120s, but I really like Re 26. I load the 147 ELDM at 2745, from a 24-inch barrel. Smashes deer. The 120 should top 3000 with relative ease. I get just over 3000 with a 129 Interlock in my .260, using Re17, which is not much different.

I loaded my first test loads for mine yesterday. Sierra 120s and h4350. The Berger book shows max load at 43.7 and the Hornady book gave 43.9. I’ll see what I get out of it but I’m wondering about the stiffer loads. How much higher have guys loaded without killing their brass?
This is just a factory Tikka. I bought a ton of the 120s on sale.
