Specialty Pistol

I have been into specialty pistols for some time. Recently I purchased a Savage Striker and am considering having a barrel made up in 6BR. Does anyone have experience with this round in a pistol ? My main reason is for target and also for varmints.

I would suggest a 12- 14 twist to shoot up to 70 gr. bullets. Cut barrel to 12 - 16 in. Put a good scope on it. Will suprise you how accurate it will be.

I have a XP-100 with an 18" Hart heavy bbl in 6BR with a 1-14" twist.I've shot up to 75gr bullets with it out to 600 yards.The 6BR is a great pistol cartridge.While shooting 66gr Fowlres,I once shot a 5-shot .111" group.
