Sourcing a picatinny rail

Hi everyone,

I own a Sportco rifle. The action is cylindrical (same profile fore and aft of the ejection port) and measures 1.36 in. in diameter. It is not drilled and tapped. I would like to install a picatinny rail, steel preferably but not essential, a 10 or 20 MOA. Does anyone provide a rail of that type, undrilled and with the suitable profile to fit he action. Need I mention that affordable is a bonus ! ::)
