I have a neighbor that is selling his father's HS Precision bench rest rifle in .222. I know what they paid HS Precision for the rifle when it was new but I'm wondering if the action, barrel, stock, etc are worth the price? I'm learning about bench rest actions and know that "BAT" and Stole Panda are among the best actions out there, retain their value so how about the HS Precision action... the 2000? Thanks for your input.
