Some very good people on this forum

Most of you have no idea of where I am coming, but there are some very fine people that I have met on this forum. I have been blessed to have been acquainted in some very small way with them. Two that immediately come to mind are Butch Lambert and Dixieppc, there are many others. I sincerely hope that the other forum members come away with as positive of an experience in their interactions here, as I have had. Thank you both, Butch Lambert and Dixieppc, for your help and inspiration. It has been a pleasure communicating and making your acquaintance.

There is no one individual who knows everything. Some concentrate on 1 or 2 cartridges and they KNOW them cartridges inside and out. Some have excellent knowledge of certain disciplines, like Benchrest, F-Class or Tactical. They can help others in that particular discipline. Then there are others yet who are into L-O-N-G range, and others into 100-300 yard competitions. It is the cumulative effort of ALL the shooters that makes this Forum outshine others! Additionally, generally speaking, the people this site exhibit a lot of civility in their discourse! These are the reasons I enjoy this site!

I will say the shootdots is one of the nicest fella along with many others. Ben helped me in a time of need and I will not ever forget his help. This is a wonderful forum and have made friends with quite a few fellas and they all have been great. I want to add Sean and he knows who he is, and he helped out when I was in need.

Agreed 100%! I have learned so many things just by doing a lot of reading and asking a few questions. Over the last few years I have really noticed a big difference in my reloading and marksmanship thanks to alot of the forum members here.

I am truly humbled by your compliment, Jim. However, what little I know about anything does not hold a candle to someone with the talent and geometric prowess that it takes to design and build circular wooden stair cases. You sir, are one of a few remaining that embrace that talent. That is a lot smaller fraternity than that of precision shooters.

Blue Moon, I'm sure that once you hang out awhile and see the wealth of knowledge and the willingness to share it you will find as I and many other experienced shooters have there is always plenty more to learn and this is the place to learn it. All have treated me with respect and I always try to do the same. Enjoy the Forum it's absolutly the best!
