This is a Stiller Viper in the right bolt, left port, right eject configuration. It has a coned bolt. Bolt face is combo and will pull BR or PPC cases. The lugs are fine. It is in a Kelbly Stock. Barrel is a 13.5 twist Bartlein with 1553 rounds through it. It is a 6PPC with 262 neck chamber. The barrel work was done by Mike Hibbs using his reamer and has always been great. It's still shooting good for me at 1500 plus rounds. No idea how much life is left in it, but I'd still shoot it at match and not feel outgunned. The tuner is a Dave Short model. Fifty pieces of 6x fired Lapua brass are included to get you going. With a NF 15-55 comp the rifle easily makes the 13.5 class with a little to spare as shown in the pictures. Scope not included.
When I bought this rifle, it was a LV and could be easily converted back if you choose. With me shooting mostly score, I had some expert help converting it to a HV rifle with a removable weight system that you can read about here:

Word is that Dwight Scott originally built the rifle, but I can't confirm or deny that. What I will say is that this rifle was well done regardless of who put it together. The action is slick and in operation, it rivals the BAT's I've used. It cycles beautifully and dumps the empties without worry. You can run shots fast if that's your thing.
This is a good rifle. It owns a record. Contact me via PM to hammer out a deal. No deal will be done until we talk. It doesn't matter if you say you'll take it in this thread. We have to talk. Too much crap these days with scammers and such. Hope you all understand.
Pictures to follow.
