My apologies; I could not quite figure out what it does. Takes pictures of your surroundings. It would be fun to photograph where I hunt Rockchucks once I get off onto the dirt and stick it in four-low.

It actually does much more than that. It takes continuous video as you drive. It records your location, speed, and if you are in an accident, it locks the video that can be used for proof of what happened.

It's to put on your car's dash to protect you in court as you will have clear evidence of said accident. It is used a lot in Russia (and many other countries) to do away with needing to pay a lawyer for most collision lawsuits. The person can just say look at the video, I wasn't at fault.

Putting one in the rear of your car might be a good idea as well
