Sold - A Little More SK Rimfire Ammo

I have one more brick of SK Rifle Match and two bricks of SK Pistol Match available. They're already packed, three bricks in one box (my box-building daughter only makes that size).

So it's one brick of Rifle Match and two bricks of Pistol match for a total of 30 boxes or 1,500 rounds. Price is $240 plus UPS ground shipping ($12-18 depending where you live). That's 16 cents/round or $8 a box.

My understanding is that Pistol Match is the same cartridge as Rifle Match that didn't perform quite as well in testing. My rifles and I could never tell the difference. This is not new production but it has lived its life in air-conditioned comfort and looks new.

Post an I'll take it here followed with a Direct message for shipping quote, payment, etc. I prefer a personal check from established members. The Gold/Silver member thing isn't important to me.

Thanks...

How are you able to ship ammo? Just for information for me, but I went to UPS to try and ship some rimfire ammo and they wouldn't do it! I'd love to know how you do it!

I’m in Illinois and can only ship FedEx and it was actually fairly good price if that helps

Anyone can ship ammo through UPS. If you tried shipping through a UPS Store you got a big fat no. Same company but different business plan.

I have a UPS account that pretty much anyone can get. In fact UPS encourages it. It gets you a substantial discount off UPS rates and saves you a fortune compared to the UPS Store. Mine has been active for probably 15 years and other than updating the credit card info and tolerating an occasional marketing email it's simple and straight forward. I used it originally for Ebay stuff but sometimes it's a cheap way to send birthday and Christmas presents too.

Specifically what do I do? I log on to the UPS website with user-id and password. A drop down list under "Shipping" leads me through estimating shipping charges. From the same page I can enter the recipients information, package weight and dimensions and it shows me shipping options. It also asks if I want UPS to pick it up. I pick UPS ground, pay for the shipment, and it lets me print the label. The label is the toughest part - UPS uses a different format so the label stock I use for USPS and Fedex doesn't work so I have to use a piece of free software to change it to the labels I use. Then I can drop it off at the UPS Customer Center, have them pick it up or drop it at a pickup point. Most busy local gun shops have UPS stop for pickups every day. Used to cost them a dollar a day. I've also used a local drug store and just drop it on the floor next to the door with their outgoing stuff. I've also used Staples from time to time just to get a receipt. As far as the "Limited Quantity" packaging label goes I have some I printed on label stock. I've been known to just hand draw the square on point diamond with a magic marker on occasion. Another kind of pain in the ass thing is the customer centers often have rather strange hours, like 10-1 and 3-6.
