Spent a few hours puttering around with a friend, looking for something to shoot. Didn't get a lot of shooting done, but had fun, nonetheless. I'd say we managed a few dozen prairie dogs and a half dozen jack rabbits. Just a few pictures of today's enjoyment.

85 grain HPs in a 6.5 and 50 grain Blitzkings in a 22-250.

Ah, the Memories of my darling daughter, 8 years old, walking through the field of critter parts joyfully identifying the various internal organs that were spread about...

I've got to find a new place to hunt. The area around my old place is building up to where archery is the preferred method now.
