Small Rifle Primer with Thickest Cap

Someone in another thread mentioned they managed to buy some Unis Ginex primers for 5.56mm lately. I haven't seen any but in case: Ginex's 4,5/3-I primer for 5.56mm has a cup thickness of .68mm, which unless my converter app has undone me is 0.027". There is another Ginex primer for 5.56mm, the 4,5/3-N which has a lesser cup thickness of .6mm (0.024"). Other than that the two primers are similar, same quantity of boom-boom mix, etc.
I can't speak to the metallurgy of the cups, which as @6bra1k et al have pointed out, is not an unimportant factor.

Question-
As the cup to anvil distance is larger in some primers such as the #41, wouldn’t reliability be compromised unless the priming compound were reformulated?

Wolfe Russian But you cant get any. On my last 1000. Tommy Mc
My Savage F-TR has a generous firing pin hole and the Russian SRMs have taken everything I have thrown at them in that rifle without complaint. I lucked into another 10K a few years ago, so I am still in pretty good shape. Only problem, that second batch is not 100% with ball powders.

I was just at Bruno's. They had UG SRPs for 5.56mm, they were the -N variety so I am guessing that's what's out there.

I am in the same boat with my Savage F/TR .223 but get by with CCI #41s. Must get around to having that bushed.
