Small rifle action question

Looking to find out who is making a left hand action in a Remington model 7 food print..
(NOT 700)
LOOKING FOR A COMPACT LEFTY RIFLE ACTION
To build on..PTG stealth bottom metal switch barrel 223 rem & .20 practical..
I thought I was golden when the tikka ctr came out
Try finding a Lefty 223...impossible..
Why list it it you can't deliver that really chaps my ass I'll tell ya...or how the heck do I find a Lefty tikka ctr 223...wonder if I could order directly from tikka and just get in line like every other chump
Any cost effective suggestions would be greatly appreciated...I dont mind spending 1200 on two barrels...but I can't even find what I need to screw them too...some one help me please..hahaha

I may just call Kelbly's they are close..but that way out of budget..or maybe not..by the time I pc it all together and pay for machine and smith work..
Probably better off buy once cry once sort of situation
