Slow or fast for the 22-250 AI and 80's

I'm seeking some advise on the title of the post. Specifically as it pertains to the 80's and 80.5 Bergers
In a 7 twist. Sierra's acc. load is with R-22. Because Varget it one of the super powders today I'm interested in knowing if it works for any of you. I don't want to do many load tests on the tube so any pertinent advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

I have a 12 twist 22-250AI. It will not shoot bergers under 62gr. It likes 64gr as a minimum. I havent tried above 64gr though, Im sure itd shoot good with alittle heavier bullets.

Under 60gr bullets 14 twist...
Berger 52gr FB = 14 twist.

Reloader 15 has been my go to powder for 22-250s across multiple barrels.

My powder of choice for my ordinary .22-250 with 75 H ELDM's is H4350. I also use Re16, RS Hunter, & H414. If I did have the AI version I would look at Re 23 with 80's. My ordinary 7.7 twist, .22-.250 gets 3300 (plus - minus 2%) with 75's and my choice powders.
