Sizer die honing best meathod.

Have a rcbs full Length sizer die which i use without expander to bump shoulder and size necks with my palma brass which currently gives excellent sized case contricity typically less than 1 thou with sized brass however fired brass necks which measure 0.3415 are being sized down to 0.3300 which is overworking the necks so i was looking for options to hone the die neck to 0.3350 without ruining contricity with the die
Is there a meathod which would achive good result without a lathe, thanks.

I follow the system Rick Averill describes here: https://rickaverill.com/projects-past-and-present/lapping-reloading-dies/

After honing, my dies always produce case necks that the TIR is less than 0.001". I do make a tape bushing on mine to insure I stay centered.

Yes . It's called a Sunnen Hone machine . Most places that do high performance engine mods have one , and generally a skilled operator to run it . Or look for a local "Cold Header" shop where they make fasteners . I won't even go into carbide blade reamers . The "Laps will work , but they do take time , and with a Sunnen Hone , it's a three minute job .
