Single shot adapter Rem 541T

I was wondering if a single shot adapter is available for the Rem 541 T. If so, where.
Thanks

does it really work or is it hard to get the bullet in just right ?
I ordered one for my savage from another site and it just plain don't work

Remington made these and were reasonably priced but not now. If you find one they will ask a giant price for it like the 5rd mags. I bought a couple on this site (repeater) that are stainless steel and of superb quality. If I remember right the guy was JReed from TN. Great guy that is just making them from scratch. I'm sure if is your request he could do a single shot for you. If I remember right the price of the repeaters was $59 which is a lot cheaper than I have found 5 rounders on gunbroker for the plastic ones and believe me they wear out. Should be able to make you a single shot for considerably less.

Well it looks as if the recommendation I made is all sold out of them. I bought the Single Shot Adapter and a flush fit 5 round magazine at the same time. I am glad I did now.

This is who you're referring to...

Received the adapter today. Slides into the magazine slot and locks in place with no wobbling or movement, slightly proud of the bottom of the stock. Place the cartridge on the adaptor, close the bolt. Cartridge chambers smoothly, no bullet shaving, no canting left, right or up........I like it

Are these single shot adapters 3D printed? The one in the photo looks like that - very good way to make them, but 3D printing is fairly expensive. I've got two of John Reed's 5rd stainless replacement magazines for my 541T, and they're the Rolls Royce of 22RF mags! I'd stopped shooting my 541-T years ago until finding & buying the two JR mags - now I just need to do the trigger mod that allows adjustment down under 2lbs, and it'd be a most excellent rifle.
