Is it missing the left side pad adjuster? Looks like there was a red knob at one time just like right side

When I bought it, there was an adjuster only on the right side. I don't know if a left side adjuster was original equipment.
A little research on the Rodzilla web site shows only one "micro-adjuster", but the top is drilled for the addition of another micro adjuster as an accessory.
