Sinclair bench-mount scope stand

I am really sick of trying to use my Highpower scope stand while sitting at the bench working up loads. I am interested in the Sinclair scope stand that mounts right to the bench, and am wondering if anyone here uses it, and how stable it is?

I use one for shooting HBR and it is very popular at the matchs I have been to. is sturdy and has built in elevation adjustment.
