That looks like an older model Simmons late 1990's maybe? Wasnt that when they were manufactured in Korea?. I had a few in the 90's the glass was nice and clear, and they held zero on some 300 RUM. rifles i owned with no problem
I cant talk about this pistol scope because i haven't owned one. To be honest.
Buts Its probably one of the last good Simmons optic floating around.
