I would like to take a moment to give a shout out to Silver Mountain Targets, and Dave Schnelle in particular. I recently had a problem (induced by me) with my Silver Mountain Solo. I emailed Dave on Saturday afternoon (not a normal business day). Within eight minutes, I had an answer to my question, and instructions to send in the broken unit. I sent it in on Monday, and got it back the following Monday –no charge. I am positive that I was at fault, but that didn't seem to matter to Dave.
