Silicone Handgun Sleeves

Does anyone use these (Silicone gun socks) on their handguns while stored in the safe. I was thinking about using some just as a way to minimize any minor bumps that may happen. I am not worried about any corrosion as I keep things wiped down and have an electric dehumidifier.

I use them on all of my rifles, so they’d be good for handguns if you lost the boxes.
