Silencio ear muffs

I have several pairs of RBW21 muffs. and need the rubber? plastic? black piece that fits on the ear piece. I loan these muffs out to friends and family when we go to the range.
They are supposed to be in Reno, but I can't find a contact.
Any help please.

I use Peltor over my Scarborough plugs, but another set may be easiest.
