Sightron 10 X 50

Is this scope all it's cracked up to be? I'm thinking of buying one, but I'd like some opinions from present users. What do you like about it. What don't you like? Would you buy it again?

+1 for the "new & improved" version with IR and hash reticle.......plus they fixed the weak turret clicks!

My old 10x 50 works just fine as long as the wind don't move the turrets

How do the clicks compare to the Nightforce, or Weaver T series or Leupold?

Hi preacher,is the nightforce worth the extra money,i've been thinking off getting a a sightron,i may be wrong but $1000 for the sightron and $1400 roughly for the nightforce is it worth it,if i could find a good second hand one,i think i would,grab a nightforce,whats your thoughts,cheers jack

Hi Jack-- I like the Sightron's I have but doubt I would ever buy another if I could find a good used Nightforce with the NP 2 DD........

I like the 50 power part....it's all about how much magnification you want....and price as I don't think I'll spend the $4,000 for a S & B
